Come see carpets that aren’t carpets!

Well, not strictly speaking- but I would. I’d like to experience being surrounded by & walking on a wide, spacious floor of lace. Sure.

How about these white stringed installations for stripping down & stripping out & bare the beauty from something that is beautiful. So carpets but without the woven thread- detailed patterns strung together using silicone instead.

These are the creations of Heike Weber, inspired by the rich, detailed & adorned flamboyance of the East. They have a very ceremonious presence to them. Very modern & would work powerfully as a statement of elegance, luxury & finesse within a minimalist home interior. Definitely.
